2. Travel Planning Services
Travel planning services provided by Blissfully Luxe Co. are complimentary for wedding and honeymoon clients. While we work diligently to secure the best options and pricing available, we do not guarantee specific rates, availability, or resort offerings, as these are subject to change by third-party suppliers.
Blissfully Luxe Co. acts as a travel advisor and is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or disruptions caused by airlines, resorts, or other travel suppliers. We strongly recommend that all travel clients purchase travel insurance.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund policies are detailed in your individual client service agreement. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Blissfully Luxe Co. reserves the right to update service pricing at any time. Pricing confirmed in a signed service agreement will be honored for the duration of that agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for planning. Blissfully Luxe Co. is not liable for delays, errors, or missed opportunities resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
